Product characteristics

The fusion fiber disc can be divided into 4 cores, 6 cores, 8 cores, 12 cores and 24 cores, tail fiber, optical cable bundles have their own disk channels, layered management, effectively protect the optical fiber from damage. The three-layer structure, the lowest layer is the wiring plate, the middle is the fusion plate, the top is the cover plate, the fusion connection, the wiring is integrated, the operation is convenient. Suitable for FC,SC,LC,ST four adapters and banded, bundled, non-banded optical cables. At any position, the bending radius of the optical fiber is greater than 40mm. The front of the adapter and the connecting unit is 30 °oblique angle, which not only ensures the bending curvature radius of the jumper, but also avoids the laser burning of the human eye.

 

installation notice

1. When the optical cable joint is connected, the outer sleeve layer is peeled off first to reveal the bare fiber core of the inner layer (the general stripping length is 1.1m), and the two optical cables are fixed at both ends of the optical cable terminal box respectively.

2. Wipe the bare core with alcohol cotton, cut the core with a special cutting knife after wiping it clean, and the section of the core must be cut smoothly. Then put on the hot melt pipe.

3, the two cores that need to be connected are put into the optical fiber welding machine, and after the fusion is completed, the hot melt pipe is heated to make it shrink and stick to the fiber core.

4, after completing a group (usually 8 in a group, 4 in a group or 16 in a group), the general optical cable terminal box is 30cm or 15c M, and the bare core left behind is 2.2 m. So put it together in an oval shape into the optical fiber fusion disk and fix it well.

5. after all the optical fibers are connected, the heat shrink tube is put on the outside of the optical cable terminal box, and the heat is heated to make it shrink close to the optical cable, so as to prevent Rain Water or water vapor from entering the optical cable terminal box through the gap.
